Construction Prompt Payment Act (SBC 2025, c. 24)

BC's Construction Prompt Payment Act received Royal Assent 2025-11-27 and is not yet in force (commencement by regulation, s. 59). Tiercord retains working-model payment, notice and adjudication dates as inactive reference records, excluded from statutory overdue counts, urgency and reminders. Invoice balances and contractual duties remain separate. Applicable holdback and lien clocks come from the Builders Lien Act, which is in force.
