Choose optional modules during setup and change them later. Core records and deadline calculations stay active; hiding a module preserves its data.

What stays active?

Dashboard · Projects and contracts · Counterparties · Invoices and payments · Documents · Deadline calculations · Reminders · Hash-chained audit log · Settings, billing and team management. Owners and admins manage optional modules. Hiding a module can pause its reminders, but reminders for deadlines that can extinguish a right remain active.

Prices and inclusions are above.
Here is how the billing works.

How is billed work measured?

Tiercord normally measures outgoing invoices before tax, including earned holdback. It uses up to 12 complete months of history and displays the monthly average as an annual figure. A workspace with no outgoing billings can use incoming invoices instead; the two are not added together. Suggestions wait for at least 3 months of history.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

Tiercord suggests the plan that fits. Exceeding a band does not create an overage bill, block your work or automatically change your subscription. You choose whether to change plans.

What is included in the free trial?

Try the Business plan free for 30 days. No credit card required. The trial includes every product capability, dedicated onboarding and priority support. It starts when your workspace is created. Choose a paid plan to keep workspace access and workflows active after the trial; you are not charged automatically. Background legal tracking continues if access lapses.

Do AI features have service limits?

AI features have service safeguards, including file and per-request limits and daily and monthly workflow-setup allowances that vary by plan. If an allowance is reached, the affected AI feature pauses until it resets; direct workflow editing remains available. These safeguards do not add usage charges or limit your users, projects or documents.

Are capabilities or users limited by plan?

Every plan includes all product capabilities, unlimited users, projects, companies, invoices, notices and statutory declarations. SSO, SCIM, Workspace Intelligence and AI adjudication assistance are included too. The plans are sized for annual billed work: Starter up to $1M, Professional up to $3M, Business up to $10M, with Enterprise by agreement. Onboarding, support priority and contract options vary by plan.

Does importing invoice history change my plan?

Historical invoices count in their original issue months, not the month you import them. An import can change the suggested band when it adds relevant billing history, but it never changes your subscription automatically.

Does pricing change by province?

No. One subscription covers the available product jurisdictions: British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and federal projects. The applicable requirements depend on the project and the current legal status of its jurisdiction.

What happens if my subscription ends?

Workspace access is locked until a plan is active again, and workflows are temporarily paused. Legal clocks, deadline tracking, reminders and connected record updates continue in the background under your existing settings and authorizations. Your records are preserved. Restoring a plan makes workflows eligible to resume, subject to current facts and required approvals. A subscription lapse does not extend legal deadlines or perform steps that require your action.

Read the subscription terms
Can I change plans or cancel?

Manage your subscription through the billing controls or contact support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself request data deletion. Export documents, the audit log and a verification script before ending access. Billing, renewal and cancellation terms apply.
